Provide leadership to a growing team of Salesforce.com, Pardot, Graphic Designers, and contractors to deliver world class marketing client services.
1- Manage day-to-day activities of 15 staff members and on/off -shore contractors in remote locations throughout the United States, Canada and India
2- Develop and Program Manage Customer Success programs for Salesforce.com and Pardot Marketing Automation Platforms.
